Why did they look for us?

Alejandro Carrera and his wife, both passionate chefs, wanted to launch their own restaurant with a strong and differentiating visual identity. They wanted to reflect the elegance of traditional Japanese sushi with a modern and avant-garde touch, but without losing authenticity. In addition, they needed consistency in their visual communication to attract a demanding and gastronomy-loving public.
